Terms of Service

Booking and deposits

A deposit may be required to hold a booking. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. Cancellations more than 48 hours before the appointment are fully refundable; cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.

Access and site conditions

The client is responsible for providing safe, legal access to the vehicle or vessel and for any necessary property owner or marina permission. We arrive fully self-contained (water, power, tools) and do not require external utilities.

Scope and quotes

Starting prices are estimates. Final quotes depend on the actual condition of the vehicle or vessel and are confirmed before work begins. We won't proceed with work beyond the agreed scope without your approval.

Warranty

SystemX ceramic coatings carry a manufacturer-backed warranty per the tier installed. Warranty details are provided at the time of installation. Other services are guaranteed for the visit and any redo within 48 hours.

Insurance

Pro Performance Detailing is fully insured. Certificates of insurance are available on request for marina vendor approvals or building management.
